About Nyani Amaya
They say the first step is the hardest, but honestly, every move in life requires a little courage. I learned this firsthand when I bought my first home at 23 years old. It was more than just a transaction; it was an investment in my future and a crash course in believing in myself. That experience taught me that whether you’re buying your first home or your next one, the key to confidence is having the right information.
Now, as a Realtor® with Roots Realty, I help young adults and professionals across Southeast Wisconsin navigate their next chapter with clarity and warmth. From first-time buyers ready to take the leap to those looking for a fresh start in a new neighborhood, my role is the same: to provide honest guidance so you can make informed, fearless decisions.
Whether you’re drawn to the energy of Milwaukee, the charm of Waukesha, or any community in between or around, I’m here to help you plant roots and build something meaningful. Because when you’re informed, you’re unstoppable. Let’s make your next move a fearless one.”
Testimonials
My experience with Nyani was nothing short of incredible. She is diligent, timely and reliable. My specific listing was atypical, yet Nyani approached it with full confidence. Her communication was excellent and I have nothing but praise. If you’re looking for a real estate agent that is also a superb human, look no further! Highly recommend.
I am very grateful to Nyani and the team at Roots Reality for helping me sell my home in Wauwatosa. The market was not ideal for 2 bedroom homes at the time I listed, but they got me a fair offer within a week. I completely renovated and updated the property before listing and the roots team helped me greatly with what to renovate and purchase without over spending. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone selling their home.
